After volunteering at a local disability organization, then high schoolers, Ashley Poon and Cathy Hou realized all of the barriers and discrimination that people with disabilities faced in the workplace. Thus, they decided to form 4ai in 2018 as a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Learn more.
4ai aims to bring forth greater societal change, closing the gap between the disabled and able-bodied populations in education, in employment opportunities, and in life. Learn more.
