Unlock new AI possibilities alongside people with disabilities.
WHAT WE DO
We equip our clients, people with disabilities, with an artificial intelligence education that familiarizes them with modern technology and
teaches them how to label data. Learn more.
We place our trained clients in positions within the tech industry. We aim to provide more sustainable job opportunities for those with disabilities
while concurrently diversifying the field. Learn more.
We seek to educate and inspire others in the tech industry and the corporate world to be more inclusive of the disabled
community. Learn more.
After volunteering at a local disability organization, then high schoolers, Ashley Poon and Cathy Hou
realized all of the barriers and discrimination that people with disabilities faced in the workplace. Thus, they decided to form 4ai in 2018 as a certified 501(c)(3)
nonprofit. Learn more.
4ai aims to bring forth greater societal change, closing the gap between the disabled and able-bodied populations
in education, in employment opportunities, and in life. Learn more.
Our team is composed of dedicated disability advocates, technology experts, business professionals, and students who
work tirelessly to ensure that 4ai’s mission can be realized and made a reality. Learn more.
Our founding chapter is located in Palo Alto, CA, home to Silicon Valley, start-up culture, and our co-founders.
